This magnificent edifice is being torn down, and completely being rebuilt. This iconic hotel where Elvis Presley used to perform, is well known throughout the world. The movie, ‘Blue Hawaii’ was shot there. Spread over a sprawling 40 acres, it contains a coconut grove of 16 acres, and is set for a 245 room J W Marriott hotel, along with a 155 room Marriott Courtyard, and six restaurants.

The hotel is being built to Net zero green passive standards, the first in the nation for a hotel.

Civil works involving excavation, concrete, parking structure, super structure of beams, and columns, windows, walls, roof, unit fixtures, FF & E (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment), tiles, wood flooring, inclusive.

MEP work involves chilled water air conditioning system, construction of major electrical infrastructure, building information modeling, installation of Energy Star rated plumbing fixtures, installation of a major solar farm, and battery bank for back up power
