2 hotels are being built in this mixed use development in the city of Burlington, Vermont. One will be a Marriott Courtyard, while the other is a Hyatt Regency. The 2 hotels together with the convention center will energize the entire downtown area.

The total cost of the 2 hotels, and the convention center is approximately $600 m, representing the largest net zero green passive project in the world.
