This 37 story building construction involved not just the civil works, but our MEP team, and HVAC in particular, had to complete all chilled water air conditioning system, individual heating system, sprinklers, and fire suppression, fire protection, and fire alarms, Siamese connection, vertical plumbing risers, waste stack, and kitchen stack to roof, all electromechanical system per plan, and BMS (building management system).
The scope involved installation of MEP items, and also design, testing, commissioning, quality check and warranty, and final hand over to the owner.
